Downloading and Setting Up the App
How do I download and set up the Hapbee Pets App?
Search "Hapbee Pets" in the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, create your account through the sign-up/payment portal and follow the prompts to connect your Hapbee Pets Pad.
A couple of things worth knowing before you get started:
Your free trial starts when you activate your membership in the app — not when you purchase the Pad. So shipping time never cuts into your 30 free days.
The email you use to buy the Pad at hapbeepets.com does not need to match your app account. The account you create when setting up your membership is the one that matters — it becomes both your subscription account and your login.

Understanding App Features
How do I know what's in a Signal?
Tap on any Signal to see its details. You'll find a description of what it's designed to support — whether that's helping your pet settle in, drift off, or find their calm.
Can I track my pet's progress in the app?
The Hapbee Pets App doesn't currently track metrics directly. If you'd like to keep an eye on how your pet is responding to different Signals, a simple journal or notes app can be a great way to spot patterns over time. And as always, if you have any concerns about your pet's health or behaviour, please reach out to your veterinarian.
Can I adjust the timing of a Signal?
Yes! Tap the Signal, then tap the duration shown (for example, "1hr") to adjust how long it runs, and hit Save. This makes it easy to build a routine that fits naturally into your pet's day.
App Signal Categories
The Hapbee Pets App organises Signals into categories designed around your pet's comfort and daily rhythm:
Sleep
Designed to support rest and winding down
Examples: Melatonin Signal, Adenosine Signal
Best used in the evening or at your pet's usual sleep time
Calm
Designed to help your pet feel settled and at ease
Examples: CBD Signal
Great for quieter moments, relaxation, and helping your pet find their happy place

Single Signals (1-colour icons)
Individual, focused signals
Each one is inspired by a naturally occurring compound — such as melatonin or adenosine
Blended Signals (2-colour icons)
Combinations of multiple signals working together
Useful for layering support across different aspects of your pet's comfort and routine
