Why is the light on my Pad red?
A red light — whether solid or flashing — means your Hapbee Pets Pad's battery is running low, typically below 50% charge. It's just a helpful reminder to recharge soon so your pet's sessions stay smooth and uninterrupted.
Solid red: A steady low-battery warning.
Flashing red: The Pad is trying to connect to the Hapbee Pets App while the battery is also low.
Tip: Plug your Pad in using the provided cable and let it reach a full charge before your next session. Keeping it charged regularly means your furry friend's favourite wind-down routine is always ready when they need it.
Why is the light on my Pad flashing?
A flashing light — in any colour — usually means your Hapbee Pets Pad is actively looking for a connection, trying to pair with the Hapbee Pets App via Bluetooth.
Flashing green: The Pad is trying to connect and has sufficient battery.
Flashing red: The Pad is trying to connect but the battery is low.
Alternating green and red: The Pad is searching for a connection and the battery needs attention.
Reassurance: This is completely normal behaviour. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and that the Hapbee Pets App is open. Once the Pad connects, the light will settle to a solid green.
What does a solid green light mean?
A solid green light is a great sign! It means your Hapbee Pets Pad is:
Successfully connected to the Hapbee Pets App, and
Running with a battery above 50% — so you're good to go.
