I've already received my Pad. How do I activate my membership?
Download the Hapbee Pets App and open it on your mobile device.
Create your account through the sign-up/payment portal inside the app — this is where your membership is set up.
Once you complete that step, your 30-day free trial begins and your account is active.
Good to know: The email you used to buy the Hapbee Pets Pad on the website does not need to match your app account. The account you create in the app/portal when setting up your membership is the one that matters — that's your subscription email and your login email, all in one.
