We know how much you want your furry friend settled and comfortable — let's get things sorted quickly. When you're pairing your Hapbee Pets Pad, take a look at the status light first. Is it solid or blinking?
A simple reset will likely do the trick. Follow these steps:
Confirm your Hapbee Pets Pad is off (no lights are on)
Hold the Power Button down for 15 seconds — the logo light will turn on and off once, and the device will vibrate a single pulse
Wait 15 seconds, then power on again (press the Power button once)
The status light should now be blinking green — you're ready to pair!
It may be an issue with the way your phone is trying to connect to the Hapbee Pets Pad:
Make sure you are connecting through the 'Devices' tab in the Hapbee Pets App, or the 'Connect Device' banner in the app
The Hapbee Pets Pad will not connect through your phone's system settings (the same place you'd connect a car or wireless speaker) — always use the Hapbee Pets App to pair
Make sure you're logged in to the Hapbee Pets App with the membership account you created when you set up your subscription — that's the account that matters for accessing your Signals and keeping everything in sync.
