Keeping your Hapbee Pets Pad charged means your furry friend always has access to their favourite Signals whenever they need a little comfort. Here's how to tell when it's time to plug in:
No light at all — If the battery is completely drained, the status light won't turn on at all when you press the power button.
Red light — When the battery is low, the status light on the back of the Pad will glow red when you turn it on. This is your cue to plug it in and charge it up.
Solid green light — Once the Pad is fully charged and the status light turns solid green, it's ready to go — and so is your pet's happy place.
If you notice the red light, simply plug in your Hapbee Pets Pad and let it charge fully before your next session. That way, your dog or cat won't miss a beat.
If you're seeing any unexpected behaviour with the status light or have other questions, feel free to reach out or visit hapbeepets.com for support.
