We want you and your pet to experience the Hapbee Pets Pad risk-free — if it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Pack your Hapbee Pets Pad in its original packaging with all included components.
