Your Hapbee Pets membership is completely flexible. You can cancel at any time through your account subscription settings in the Hapbee Pets App — no hoops to jump through.
What happens after you cancel?
Your access to all Signals (like the CBD Signal, Adenosine Signal, and Melatonin Signal) continues until the end of your current billing period.
You won't be charged again after that.
If you're still within your 30-day free trial, cancel before day 30 and you won't be charged at all.
A note on refunds
Subscription access that has been used beyond the free trial period is non-refundable. If you have questions about your membership, you can review your account settings in the Hapbee Pets App.
