Download the Hapbee Pets App on your mobile device if you haven't already.
Create your account through the in-app sign-up/payment portal — this is where your membership is set up. The email you use here becomes your subscription email and your login email.
Log in to the Hapbee Pets App with the account you just created in the portal.
Refresh the app screen (pull down to refresh) — your account will activate automatically.
💡 Good to know: The email you used to purchase your Hapbee Pets Pad on the website doesn't need to match your app account. The account that matters is the one you create when setting up your membership in the app — that's the one tied to your subscription and your login.
Your membership includes a 30-day free trial, and it begins the moment you activate your account in the app — not when you placed your order. So shipping time never eats into your free period. Cancel before day 30 and you won't be charged a thing.
